CVE-2026-23863 1 Whatsapp 2 Whatsapp, Whatsapp Desktop 2026-05-11 6.5 Medium
An attachment spoofing issue in WhatsApp for Windows prior to v2.3000.1032164386.258709 could have allowed maliciously formatted documents with embedded NUL bytes in the filename to be shown in the application as one type of file but run as an executable when opened. We have not seen evidence of exploitation in the wild.
CVE-2026-2291 1 Dnsmasq 1 Dnsmasq 2026-05-11 N/A
dnsmasqs extract_name() function can be abused to cause a heap buffer overflow, allowing an attacker to inject false DNS cache entries, which could result in DNS lookups to redirect to an attacker-controlled IP address, or to cause a DoS.
CVE-2026-37461 1 Osrg 1 Gobgp 2026-05-11 7.5 High
An out-of-bounds read in the ParseIP6Extended function (/bgp/bgp.go) of gobgp v4.3.0 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted BGP UPDATE message.
CVE-2026-43210 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tracing: ring-buffer: Fix to check event length before using Check the event length before adding it for accessing next index in rb_read_data_buffer(). Since this function is used for validating possibly broken ring buffers, the length of the event could be broken. In that case, the new event (e + len) can point a wrong address. To avoid invalid memory access at boot, check whether the length of each event is in the possible range before using it.
CVE-2026-4892 1 Dnsmasq 1 Dnsmasq 2026-05-11 8.4 High
A heap-based out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the DHCPv6 implementation of dnsmasq allows local attackers to execute arbitrary code with root privileges via a crafted DHCPv6 packet.
CVE-2026-43212 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: Make cpumask_of_node() robust against NUMA_NO_NODE The arch definition of cpumask_of_node() cannot handle NUMA_NO_NODE - which is a valid index - so add a check for this.
CVE-2026-5172 1 Dnsmasq 1 Dnsmasq 2026-05-11 N/A
A buffer overflow in dnsmasq’s extract_addresses() function allows an attacker to trigger a heap out-of-bounds read and crash by exploiting a malformed DNS response, enabling extract_name() to advance the pointer past the record’s end.
CVE-2026-43213 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: rtw89: pci: validate sequence number of TX release report Hardware rarely reports abnormal sequence number in TX release report, which will access out-of-bounds of wd_ring->pages array, causing NULL pointer dereference. CVE-2026-43894 1 Jqlang 1 Jq 2026-05-11 6.2 Medium
jq is a command-line JSON processor. In 1.8.1 and earlier, when decNumberFromString is given a number literal of INT_MAX-1 (2147483646) digits, the D2U() macro overflows during signed-int arithmetic. The wrapped negative value bypasses the heap-allocation size check, causes the function to use a 30-byte stack buffer, and then writes ≈715 million 16-bit units (≈1.4 GiB) at an offset 1.43 GiB below the stack frame. The written content is fully attacker-controlled (the parsed decimal digits, packed 3-per-unit).
CVE-2026-43895 1 Jqlang 1 Jq 2026-05-11 4.4 Medium
jq is a command-line JSON processor. In 1.8.1 and earlier, jq accepts embedded NUL bytes in import paths at the jq-language level, but later resolves those paths through C string operations during module and data-file lookup. This creates a mismatch between the logical import string that policy or audit code may validate and the on-disk path that jq actually opens.
CVE-2023-52878 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus 2026-05-11 4.4 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: dev: can_put_echo_skb(): don't crash kernel if can_priv::echo_skb is accessed out of bounds If the "struct can_priv::echoo_skb" is accessed out of bounds, this would cause a kernel crash. Instead, issue a meaningful warning message and return with an error.
CVE-2026-42859 1 Any1 1 Neatvnc 2026-05-11 N/A
Neat VNC is a VNC server library. Prior to 0.9.6, a pre-authentication stack buffer overflow exists in neatvnc in the RSA-AES security type handler. An unauthenticated remote attacker who can reach the VNC listening socket can send a crafted security type 5 (RSA-AES) or security type 129 (RSA-AES-256) handshake with an oversized client RSA public key, causing rsa_aes_send_challenge in src/auth/rsa-aes.c to overflow a 1024-byte on-stack buffer when encrypting the server challenge. This results in at least a denial of service via server crash. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.6.
CVE-2022-50399 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: atomisp: prevent integer overflow in sh_css_set_black_frame() The "height" and "width" values come from the user so the "height * width" multiplication can overflow.
CVE-2026-3832 2 Gnu, Redhat 6 Gnutls, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more 2026-05-11 3.7 Low
A flaw was found in gnutls. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by presenting a specially crafted Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) response during a TLS handshake. Due to a logic error in how gnutls processes multi-record OCSP responses, a client with OCSP verification enabled may incorrectly accept a revoked server certificate, potentially leading to a compromise of trust.
CVE-2022-4988 2026-05-11 N/A
Alien::FreeImage versions through 1.001 for Perl contains several vulnerable libraries. Alien::FreeImage contains version 3.17.0 of the FreeImage library from 2017, which has known vulnerabilities such as CVE-2015-0852 and CVE-2025-65803. The library embeds other images libraries that also have known vulnerabilities.
CVE-2026-42874 2026-05-11 3.7 Low
Microdot is a minimalistic Python web framework. Prior to 2.6.1, the Response.set_cookie() method does not sanitize its string arguments, and in particular will not detect the presence of the \r\n sequence in them. This can be a potential source of header injection attacks. For a header injection attack through this issue to be possible, an attacker must first infiltrate the client (for example through an independent XSS attack), so that it can send malicious information that is destined to be stored in a cookie by the server on behalf of the victim. An attacker that infiltrates one client can only orchestrate a header injection attack for that client, all other clients that were not infiltrated are safe. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.6.1.
CVE-2022-49404 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2026-05-11 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/hfi1: Fix potential integer multiplication overflow errors When multiplying of different types, an overflow is possible even when storing the result in a larger type. This is because the conversion is done after the multiplication. So arithmetic overflow and thus in incorrect value is possible. Correct an instance of this in the inter packet delay calculation. Fix by ensuring one of the operands is u64 which will promote the other to u64 as well ensuring no overflow.
CVE-2022-49395 2 Linux, Redhat 5 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 2 more 2026-05-11 7.1 High
