| OpenImageIO is a toolset for reading, writing, and manipulating image files of any image file format relevant to VFX / animation. Prior to 3.0.20.0, 3.1.15.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1, A crafted cineon file can supply a numberofelements value greater than the format maximum of eight. cineoninput::open() uses that unchecked value as the loop bound while filling the fixed strings[8] array, writing pointers beyond the stack buffer and into adjacent state, resulting in memory corruption and denial of service. The affected implementation is identified by src/cineon.imageio/cineoninput.cpp, CineonInput::open(), numberOfElements, and strings[8], which define the relevant source path, functions, state, and trigger. This issue is fixed in versions 3.0.20.0, 3.1.15.0, and 3.2.0.3-beta1. | ||||

| OpenSlide is a C library for reading whole slide image files. From 3.4.1 until 4.0.1, OpenSlide's parse_level0_xml() processing in src/openslide-vendor-ventana.c accepts nonpositive row or column tile counts from a crafted Ventana BIF file. The invalid counts produce attacker-controlled relative memory offsets and allow arbitrary values to be written at those offsets, affecting all supported platforms and configurations and resulting in a crash or potential arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.1. | ||||

| OpenSlide is a C library for reading whole slide image files. Prior to 4.0.1, a behavior change in libtiff 4.7.1 causes the indirect TIFF tile path in src/openslide-decode-tiff.c and _openslide_tiff_read_tile() to request a full-height destination for a partial bottom tile row, allowing uninitialized heap memory to enter pixel data returned by openslide_read_region(). A crafted but valid slide can trigger the issue in TIFF-based formats other than Hamamatsu NDPI when a network service renders attacker-provided slides. Successful extraction depends on pixel transparency handling and recompression, OpenSlide with libtiff 4.7.0 or earlier is not affected, and official binary builds 4.0.0.10 and 4.0.0.11 are affected. This issue is fixed in OpenSlide 4.0.1 and official binary build 4.0.0.12. | ||||

| Craft CMS 5.0.0 through 5.10.12 (fixed in 5.10.13) contains a broken access control flaw in the nested-elements reorder endpoint. When an authenticated control panel user with viewEntries and viewPeerEntries (but without savePeerEntries) opens another author's entry in read-only mode, Craft unconditionally grants that session a `manageNestedElements::<ownerId>::field:<handle>` authorization flag for the entry's Matrix/Address fields. Unlike the corresponding delete endpoint, actions/nested-elements/reorder trusts this session flag alone and never rechecks the caller's save permission for the owner element. As a result, a view-only user can POST to actions/nested-elements/reorder using the ownerElementType, ownerId, ownerSiteId, attribute, elementIds, and offset parameters present in the read-only page source and rewrite the sort order of Matrix blocks or Addresses belonging to content they are explicitly denied save access to. | ||||

| SAIL is a cross-platform library for loading and saving images with support for animation, metadata, and ICC profiles. In 0.9.10 and earlier, psd_private_sail_pixel_format() in src/sail-codecs/psd/helpers.c resolves a one-channel PSD in Bitmap color mode to SAIL_PIXEL_FORMAT_BPP1_INDEXED without requiring the file depth to be one, so the pixel buffer uses one-bit rows while sail_codec_load_frame_v8_psd() in src/sail-codecs/psd/psd.c accepts depth == 8 and writes one attacker-controlled byte per pixel. Loading a crafted PSD through sail_load_from_file() or sail_load_from_memory() therefore writes beyond each heap row, causing memory corruption, a reliable crash, or potential code execution. This mode/depth mismatch is distinct from GHSA-rcqx-gc76-r9mv and GHSA-wcj8-hxxf-pq2c. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.0. | ||||

| OmniBlocks is a monorepo for the OmniBlocks project. Prior to the June 6, 2026 workflow remediation, .github/workflows/disc.yml runs for the issues opened event and the issues edited event and invokes the createDiscussion mutation whenever an issue is classified as off-topic, without recording that the issue was already converted or otherwise suppressing duplicate runs. A user who creates one off-topic issue and repeatedly edits its description before conversion completes can therefore cause multiple discussions to be created for the same issue, producing discussion spam and additional moderation work. The renderer constructs and opens a server-side path without first confirming that its real path remains within public/scorm, allowing files outside the SCORM directory to be read when they are accessible to the server process. | Omni manages Kubernetes on bare metal, virtual machines, or in a cloud. Prior to 1.6.6 and 1.7.3, managementServer.CreateSchematic in internal/backend/grpc/schematics.go passes the caller-controlled TalosVersion field to imageFactoryClient.OverlaysVersions without validating it as a version. An authenticated Operator can submit traversal segments in TalosVersion, and url.URL.JoinPath normalizes them into unintended paths on the configured image-factory host. Omni then issues HTTP GET requests to those paths and reflects error-body content, enabling same-host endpoint probing and possible disclosure of internal diagnostics while preventing redirection to another host or write requests.
