The permission check functions (CanRead, CanPeek, CanCreate, CanUpdate, CanDelete, CanRefer) in server/permission/permission.go return true whenever p.UserId equals the requesting userId, but fail to reject the null/zero reference — unlike CanExecute, which explicitly guards it.
