CVE-2026-87720 1 Gerrit 1 Gerrit 2026-09-25 N/A
Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in project name normalization (ProjectUtil.stripGitSuffix) and ProjectCache eviction logic (ProjectCacheImpl) in Gerrit Code Review versions 2.16.0 through 3.12.9, 3.13.0 through 3.13.8, and 3.14.0 through 3.14.2 allows an authenticated user (or an unauthenticated user if the repository was previously public) to cause unauthorized disclosure of private repository content and durable restoration of revoked project-owner administrative privileges via crafted requests using repeated .git suffixes (such as project.git.git) across REST APIs, Gitiles, or SSH Git commands. Because Gerrit strips only a single terminal .git suffix when constructing the logical ProjectCache key while JGit (FileKey.lenient) resolves the suffixed alias to the same canonical bare repository on disk, revoking read access or removing owner rules on the canonical project name fails to evict the cached alias ProjectState during the cache validity window, enabling reads of newly created private commits or writes to refs/meta/config. This issue is fixed in Gerrit Code Review versions 3.12.10, 3.13.9, and 3.14.3.
CVE-2026-87721 1 Gerrit 1 Gerrit 2026-09-25 N/A
Uncontrolled Resource Consumption (CWE-400 / CWE-407) in the ANTLR 3 search query parser (QueryParser / Query.g) in Gerrit Code Review versions 2.0.19 through 3.12.9, 3.13.0 through 3.13.8, and 3.14.0 through 3.14.2 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker (or an authenticated user if anonymous read access is disabled) to cause a persistent denial of service (CPU exhaustion and HTTP worker thread pool starvation requiring a server restart) via crafted search queries containing deeply nested parentheses sent to query evaluation endpoints (/changes/?q=, /accounts/?q=, /groups/?query=, /projects/?query=, /Documentation/?q=, /changes/{id}/query?expression=, or SSH gerrit query). Because syntactic predicates in conditionOr and conditionAnd recurse via conditionBase without memoization prior to capability or visibility checks and worker threads do not abort when the client disconnects, a small number of requests (such as 25 requests matching default httpd.maxThreads) can permanently pin all HTTP worker threads. This issue is fixed in Gerrit Code Review versions 3.12.10, 3.13.9, and 3.14.3.
CVE-2026-87722 1 Gerrit 1 Gerrit 2026-09-25 N/A
Uncontrolled Resource Consumption (CWE-400 / CWE-1333) in regex search query predicates (such as RegexProjectPredicate, RegexRefPredicate, RegexPathPredicate, and sibling predicates) and REST regex filter endpoints (RegexListSearcher /projects/?r= and RefFilter /projects/{project}/branches/?r=) in Gerrit Code Review versions 2.1.6 through 3.12.9, 3.13.0 through 3.13.8, and 3.14.0 through 3.14.2 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker (or an authenticated user if anonymous read access is disabled) to cause a denial of service (CPU starvation and JVM heap exhaustion / OutOfMemoryError) via crafted search queries or REST API requests containing regular expressions with large counted repetitions or exponential DFA determinization patterns. Because the user-supplied regular expression is compiled into an unbounded dk.brics.automaton instance (new RegExp(re).toAutomaton()) on the request thread prior to index evaluation or access control visibility filtering, trivial queries can exhaust JVM heap or pin request threads regardless of heap size. This issue is fixed in Gerrit Code Review versions 3.12.10, 3.13.9, and 3.14.3.
CVE-2026-53493 1 Containerd 1 Containerd 2026-09-25 N/A
containerd is an open-source container runtime. Prior to versions 1.7.36, 2.0.13, 2.2.9, 2.3.6, and 2.4.1, a crafted OCI index graph can force very high CPU/memory usage during PullImage (before container start), causing long ContainerCreating stalls and, at larger sizes, node/runtime instability. Versions 1.7.36, 2.0.13, 2.2.9, 2.3.6, and 2.4.1 fix the issue.
CVE-2026-93788 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: iwlwifi: acpi: validate WGDS table revision index Check tbl_rev bounds before BIT(tbl_rev) to avoid undefined shifts when firmware reports an invalid revision value.
CVE-2026-93794 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb/client: flush dirty data before punching a hole Punching a hole after a large buffered write may leave the range reported as data. Reproduce it with: xfs_io -f \ -c "pwrite -b 3m -S 0x61 0 3m" \ -c "fpunch 1m 1m" \ -c "seek -h 0" \ -c "seek -d 1m" \ /mnt/test/repro Punching 1 MiB at offset 1 MiB should produce: 0 1 MiB 2 MiB 3 MiB | DATA | HOLE | DATA | EOF Instead, the entire file is reported as data. SEEK_HOLE(0) returns EOF, and SEEK_DATA(1M) returns 1M. This happens because a dirty folio spanning the punched range can be written back after the punch and refill the hole. Fix this by flushing and waiting for dirty data in the punched range before invalidating the page cache and issuing FSCTL_SET_ZERO_DATA. The xfstests generic/539 pass against Samba/ksmbd with this change.
CVE-2026-93795 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: blk-cgroup: fix leaks and online flag on radix_tree_insert failure When radix_tree_insert() fails in blkg_create(), the error path has two issues: 1. blkg->online is set to true unconditionally, even when the blkg was never fully inserted. Move the assignment inside the success block. 2. The error path calls blkg_put() without first calling percpu_ref_kill(). Because the refcount is still in percpu mode, percpu_ref_put() only does this_cpu_sub() without checking for zero, so blkg_release() is never triggered. This permanently leaks the blkg memory, its percpu iostat, policy data, the parent blkg reference, and the cgroup css reference — the latter preventing the cgroup from ever being destroyed. Fix by replacing blkg_put() with percpu_ref_kill(), matching the pattern used in blkg_destroy().
CVE-2026-93797 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: fix an off-by-1 boundary check Before looking at the 11th byte, check the length is big enough.
CVE-2026-93799 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 8.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: iwlwifi: mvm: validate sta_id in BA window status notif BA_WINDOW_STATUS_NOTIFICATION_ID extracts a 5-bit sta_id from the firmware notification and uses it to index fw_id_to_mac_id[] without bounds checking. Validate sta_id before array access to prevent out-of-bounds indexing.
CVE-2026-93805 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-09-25 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: cfg80211: validate rx/tx MLME callback frame lengths before access cfg80211_rx_mlme_mgmt() and cfg80211_tx_mlme_mgmt() call tracepoints before rejecting frames shorter than the frame-control field. After that, they only require len >= 2 before dispatching into subtype handlers that assume their fixed fields are present. The frames that trip this are not shorter than 2 bytes; they are short relative to their subtype. mwifiex is a concrete in-tree example on the length side: mwifiex_process_mgmt_packet() only requires a 4-address ieee80211_hdr plus the 2-byte firmware length prefix before handing the frame to cfg80211_rx_mlme_mgmt(). After stripping the length prefix and removing addr4, pkt_len can be exactly 24: a bare 3-address management header with no reason-code body. The existing WARN_ON(len < 2) does not fire on such a frame, and cfg80211_process_deauth() then reads u.deauth.reason_code as a two-byte access starting at offset 24, immediately past the 24-byte buffer. Add a frame-control length gate, then validate each subtype's minimum frame size in an if/else-if chain that mirrors the dispatch logic. Trace only after the frame is known to be well-formed. Side effects of this change: - The WARN_ON(len < 2) is dropped. It only guarded the frame_control read, never the subtype fixed fields, and it does not fire on the frames that actually trigger the out-of-bounds read (which are >= 2). The len >= 2 check is kept as the guard before dereferencing frame_control, but without the warning: these are exported callbacks and a malformed frame from a driver should be dropped silently rather than backtraced. - cfg80211_tx_mlme_mgmt() previously routed every non-deauth subtype through disassociation handling; it now silently ignores unrecognised subtypes.
CVE-2026-82164 2026-09-25 7.1 High
Dell Trusted Device Client, versions prior to 8.1.359.0, contain an Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information tampering.
CVE-2026-88360 1 Libvips 1 Libvips 2026-09-25 N/A
libvips 8.19.0 contains a memory access vulnerability when processing little-endian PFM images. If the PFM text header length is not a multiple of four bytes, the mmap-based loader can expose pixel data at an address that is not properly aligned for float access. vips_avg_scan() subsequently dereferences the buffer through a float pointer, resulting in undefined behavior and process termination on strict-alignment architectures or UBSan-instrumented builds, leading to denial of service.
CVE-2026-97730 1 Netgate 2 Pfsense Ce, Pfsense Plus 2026-09-25 8.5 High
In Netgate pfSense Plus before 26.07 and pfSense CE before 2.9.0, a Local File Inclusion (LFI) vulnerability in the Dashboard (index.php) widget sequence data handling allows an authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary PHP code. To exploit this, an attacker with privileges to modify Dashboard settings and write arbitrary files to the pfSense firewall system (e.g., /tmp/test.widget.php) can submit a crafted widget sequence value containing a path traversal payload (e.g., ../../../../../../../../../../../tmp/test). The Dashboard will subsequently read and execute the arbitrary PHP file as if it were a standard widget.
CVE-2026-94376 2026-09-25 6.4 Medium
The Better Messages – Chat Rooms, Group Chat, Private Messages & AI Chat Bots plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via User Display Name in all versions up to, and including, 3.0.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is exploitable by Subscriber-level users because WordPress core's sanitize_text_field() preserves HTML-entity-encoded payloads (e.g., an iframe srcdoc attribute), allowing the encoded string to be stored as a display name without requiring the unfiltered_html capability, and the plugin subsequently decodes it server-side before rendering.
CVE-2026-14281 2026-09-25 9.8 Critical
The Automation Web Platform – Notifications and OTP for WooCommerce, Advanced Country Code plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.8.6. This is due to missing permission enforcement on the publicly accessible REST route `POST /wp-json/wawp/v1/signup/<op>` and the absence of a key allowlist in the `finish_registration_logic` function, which copies the attacker-controlled `wawp_custom_fields` parameter directly into `update_user_meta()` — allowing sensitive meta keys such as `wp_capabilities` and `wp_user_level` to be set by the caller. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to register a new account with the administrator role and gain full administrative access to the site. When OTP verification is enabled at signup, the OTP session token (`otp_transient`) is returned in plaintext in the HTTP response body, and the `handle_magic_link_request()` handler marks that token as verified on any unauthenticated GET request containing it without ever checking the OTP code value — making the OTP step trivially bypassable with no inbox or SMS access required.
CVE-2026-92746 2026-09-25 6.4 Medium
The Gutenverse – WordPress Blocks, Page Builder & Site Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Post Comment Block 'suffixMain' Attribute in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. WordPress core wp_kses_post sanitization does not mitigate this vulnerability because the payload is stored inside a Gutenberg block delimiter comment rather than as a raw HTML tag, and is only rendered as exploitable HTML at the PHP render stage.
CVE-2026-96039 2026-09-25 7.2 High
The BA Book Everything plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via first_name Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.8.27 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. An unauthenticated attacker can obtain the valid order_id, order_num, and order_hash credentials required to reach the vulnerable action_to_pay() handler simply by placing a guest booking through the public [babe-booking-form] shortcode, making the full exploit chain reachable without any account.
CVE-2026-93303 2026-09-25 7.2 High
The HT Contact Form – Drag & Drop Form Builder for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via 'form_data' Rich Text Field via Draft Save/Resume in all versions up to, and including, 2.10.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires tricking a user into clicking an attacker-supplied draft resume URL, which the attacker constructs using the draft_key and access_token returned directly in the save response.
CVE-2026-93399 2026-09-25 9.1 Critical
The Bookly plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 28.2 via the 'bookly_get_form_id', 'bookly_render_complete', 'bookly_add_to_calendar' and 'bookly_rollback_order' AJAX actions. This is due to the 'bookly_get_form_id' handler blindly storing the attacker-controlled 'order_id' from the submitted form_data into a new booking session, which the 'bookly_render_complete' handler then trusts to look up and return the corresponding Order's secret token without verifying that the current session created that order. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to enumerate sequential order IDs, disclose other customers' order tokens, retrieve calendar/appointment information via 'bookly_add_to_calendar' and permanently delete arbitrary non-completed bookings via 'bookly_rollback_order', which cascade-deletes the customer_appointment and (when no other customers are attached) the underlying appointment.
CVE-2026-92799 2026-09-25 5.3 Medium
The Online Scheduling and Appointment Booking System – Bookly plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authorization Bypass via PHP Type Juggling in all versions up to, and including, 28.2. This is due to the `postValidateCustomer()` function using a loose PHP inequality operator (`!=`) to compare the session-stored one-time verification code against the attacker-supplied `verification_code` parameter — a flaw that is further exposed by the booking AJAX controller registering all its methods as `wp_ajax_nopriv_` handlers and unconditionally overriding `csrfTokenValid()` to return true, leaving the endpoint both unauthenticated and CSRF-unprotected. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to bypass the phone/email ownership verification step and overwrite the name, email, phone, and address fields of any arbitrary existing Bookly customer record, redirecting that customer's booking notifications to attacker-controlled contact details. The bypass is achievable because the `json_data` input channel decodes input via `json_decode()`, which preserves real PHP types and causes the `wp_kses` filter to leave non-string values such as the JSON boolean `true` untouched; submitting `true` as the `verification_code` satisfies the loose comparison against the session's non-zero integer code (generated by `mt_rand(100000, 999999)`), causing `true != <non-zero int>` to evaluate as `false` and the guard to be bypassed.
