CVSS v3.1 |
Epic Games Psyonix Rocket League <=1.95 contains an insecure permissions vulnerability that allows authenticated users to modify executable files with full access permissions. Attackers can leverage the 'F' (Full) flag for the 'Authenticated Users' group to change executable files and potentially escalate system privileges.
The configuration file containing database logins and passwords is readable by any local user.
Multiple Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource in UISP Application may allow a malicious actor with certain permissions to escalate privileges.
VNote is a note-taking platform. Prior to 3.18.1, a code execution vulnerability existed in VNote, which allowed an attacker to execute arbitrary programs on the victim's system. A crafted URI can be used in a note to perform this attack using file:/// as a link. For example, file:///C:/WINDOWS/system32/cmd.exe. This allows attackers to execute arbitrary programs by embedding a reference to a local executable file such as file:///C:/WINDOWS/system32/cmd.exe and file:///C:/WINDOWS/system32/calc.exe. This vulnerability can be exploited by creating and sharing specially crafted notes. An attacker could send a crafted note file and perform further attacks. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.18.1.
Hestia Control Panel 1.3.2 contains an arbitrary file write vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to write files to arbitrary locations using the API index.php endpoint. Attackers can exploit the v-make-tmp-file command to write SSH keys or other content to specific file paths on the server.
| Patch traversal, External Control of File Name or Path vulnerability in Iocharger Home allows deletion of arbitrary files
This issue affects Iocharger firmware for AC model before firmware version 25010801.
Likelihood: High, but requires authentication
Impact: Critical – The vulnerability can be used to delete any file on the charging station, severely impacting the integrity of the charging station. Furthermore, the vulnerability could be used to delete binaries required for the functioning of the charging station, severely impacting the availability of the charging station.
CVSS clarification: Any network interface serving the web ui is vulnerable (AV:N) and there are not additional security measures to circumvent (AC:L), nor does the attack require and existing preconditions (AT:N). The attack is authenticated, but the level of authentication does not matter (PR:L), nor is any user interaction required (UI:N). The attack leads compromised of the integrity and availability of the device (VVC:N/VI:H/VA:H), with no effect on subsequent systems (SC:N/SI:N/SA:N). We do not forsee a safety impact (S:N). This attack can be automated (AU:Y). |
NVIDIA DOCA contains a vulnerability in the collectx-dpeserver Debian package for arm64 that could allow an attacker with low privileges to escalate privileges. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to escalation of privileges.
WinAVR version 20100110 contains an insecure permissions vulnerability that allows authenticated users to modify system files and executables. Attackers can leverage the overly permissive access controls to potentially modify critical DLLs and executable files in the WinAVR installation directory.
QiAnXin TianQing Management Center versions up to and including 6.7.0.4130 contain a path traversal vulnerability in the rptsvr component that allows unauthenticated attackers to upload files to arbitrary locations on the server. The /rptsvr/upload endpoint fails to sanitize the filename parameter in multipart form-data requests, enabling path traversal. This allows attackers to place executable files in web-accessible directories, potentially leading to remote code execution. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2024-08-23 UTC.
NVIDIA vGPU software contains a vulnerability in the Virtual GPU Manager that allows a user of the guest OS to access global resources. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to information disclosure, data tampering, and escalation of privileges.
Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability was discovered in Open Design Alliance CDE inWEB SDK before 2025.3. Installing CDE Server with default settings allows unauthorized users to visit prometheus metrics page. This can allow attackers to understand more things about the target application which may help in further investigation and exploitation.
Foxit PDF Reader < 4.3.1.0218 exposes a JavaScript API function, createDataObject(), that allows untrusted PDF content to write arbitrary files anywhere on disk. By embedding a malicious PDF that calls this API, an attacker can drop executables or scripts into privileged folders, leading to code execution the next time the system boots or the user logs in.
The CS Framework plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Read in all versions up to, and including, 6.9 via the get_widget_settings_json() function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information.
Enables an authenticated user (enrolled device) to access a service protected by Sentry even if they are not authorized according to the sentry policy to access that service. It does not enable the user to authenticate to or use the service, it just provides the tunnel access.
Improper export of Android application components issue exists in 'ABEMA' App for Android prior to 10.65.0 allowing another app installed on the user's device to access an arbitrary URL on 'ABEMA' App for Android via Intent. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary website may be displayed on the app, and as a result, the user may become a victim of a phishing attack.
NextVPN 4.10 contains an insecure file permissions vulnerability that allows local users to modify executable files with full access rights. Attackers can replace system executables with malicious files to gain SYSTEM or Administrator privileges through unauthorized file modification.
imFAQ is an advanced questions and answers management system for ImpressCMS. Prior to 1.0.1, if the $_GET['seoOp'] parameter is manipulated to include malicious input (e.g., seoOp=php://filter/read=convert.base64-encode/resource=/var/www/html/config.php), the application could allow an attacker to read sensitive files on the server (Local File Inclusion, LFI). The $_GET['seoOp'] and $_GET['seoArg'] parameters are directly used without sanitization or validation. This is partly mitigated by the fact that the ImpressCMS sensitive files are stored outside the web root, in a folder with a randomized name. The issue has been resolved in imFaq 1.0.1.
The Versa Concerto SD-WAN orchestration platform is vulnerable to an privileges escalation and container escape vulnerability caused by unsafe default mounting of host binary paths that allow the container to modify host paths. The escape can be used to trigger remote code execution or direct host access depending on the host operating system configuration. This issue is known to affect Concerto from 12.1.2 through 12.2.0. Additional versions may be vulnerable.
The application implements an up- and downvote function which alters a value within a JSON file. The POST parameters are not filtered properly and therefore an arbitrary file can be overwritten. The file can be controlled by an authenticated attacker, the content cannot be controlled. It is possible to overwrite all files for which the webserver has write access. It is required to supply a relative path (path traversal).
IXON VPN Client before 1.4.4 on Windows allows Local Privilege Escalation to SYSTEM because there is code execution from a configuration file that can be controlled by a low-privileged user. There is a race condition in which a temporary configuration file, in a world-writable directory, can be overwritten.
