| An issue has been discovered in GitLab affecting all versions starting from 11.10 before 15.8.5, all versions starting from 15.9 before 15.9.4, all versions starting from 15.10 before 15.10.1. It was possible to disclose the branch names when attacker has a fork of a project that was switched to private. |
| An information disclosure vulnerability has been discovered in GitLab EE/CE affecting all versions starting from 11.5 before 15.8.5, all versions starting from 15.9 before 15.9.4, all versions starting from 15.10 before 15.10.1 will allow an admin to leak password from repository mirror configuration. |
| Due to a hardlink created in the ProgramData folder during the repair process of the software, the installer (MSI) of WARP Client for Windows (<= 2022.12.582.0) allowed a malicious attacker to forge the destination of the hardlink and escalate privileges, overwriting SYSTEM protected files.
As Cloudflare WARP client for Windows (up to version 2022.5.309.0) allowed creation of mount points from its ProgramData folder, during installation of the WARP client, it was possible to escalate privileges and overwrite SYSTEM protected files.

| An unprivileged (non-admin) user can exploit an Improper Access Control vulnerability in the Cloudflare WARP Client for Windows (<= 2022.12.582.0) to perform privileged operations with SYSTEM context by working with a combination of opportunistic locks (oplock) and symbolic links (which can both be created by an unprivileged user).
After installing the Cloudflare WARP Client (admin privileges required), an MSI-Installer is placed under C:\Windows\Installer. The vulnerability lies in the repair function of this MSI.
ImpactAn unprivileged (non-admin) user can exploit this vulnerability to perform privileged operations with SYSTEM context, including deleting arbitrary files and reading arbitrary file content. This can lead to a variety of attacks, including the manipulation of system files and privilege escalation.
PatchesA new installer with a fix that addresses this vulnerability was released in version 2023.3.381.0. While the WARP Client itself is not vulnerable (only the installer), users are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version and delete any older installers present in their systems.

| The Logback component in Terminalfour before 8.3.14.1 allows OS administrators to obtain sensitive information from application server logs when debug logging is enabled. The fixed versions are 8.2.18.7, 8.2.18.2.2, 8.3.11.1, and 8.3.14.1. |
| The Order GLPI plugin allows users to manage order management within GLPI. Starting with version 1.8.0 and prior to versions 2.7.7 and 2.10.1, an authenticated user that has access to standard interface can craft an URL that can be used to execute a system command. Versions 2.7.7 and 2.10.1 contain a patch for this issue. As a workaround, delete the `ajax/dropdownContact.php` file from the plugin. |

IBM Sterling Order Management 10.0 does not require that users should have strong passwords by default, which makes it easier for attackers to compromise user accounts. IBM X-Force ID: 229698.

Use of reversible password encryption algorithm allows attackers to decrypt passwords. Sensitive information can be easily unencrypted by the attacker, stolen credentials can be used for arbitrary actions to corrupt the system.

| A vulnerability was found in SourceCodester Online Birth Certificate Management System 1.0. It has been declared as problematic. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /admin. The manipulation leads to files or directories accessible. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. VDB-264742 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability. |
| Dell Networking Switches running Enterprise SONiC OS, version(s) prior to 4.4.1 and 4.2.3, contain(s) an Insertion of Sensitive Information into Log File vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information exposure. |
| A security vulnerability has been identified in the IBL Software Engineering Visual Weather and derived products (NAMIS, Aero Weather, Satellite Weather). The vulnerability is present in the Product Delivery Service (PDS) component in specific server configurations where the PDS pipeline utilizes the IPDS pipeline with Message Editor Output Filters enabled.
A remote unauthenticated
attacker can exploit this vulnerability to send unauthenticated requests to execute the IPDS pipeline with specially crafted Form Properties, enabling remote execution of arbitrary Python code. This vulnerability could lead to a full system compromise of the affected server, particularly if Visual Weather services are run under a privileged user account—contrary to the documented installation best practices.
Upgrade to the patched versions 7.3.10 (or higher), 8.6.0 (or higher). |
| Improper Privilege Management vulnerability in ZTE ZXR10 1800-2S series ,ZXR10 2800-4,ZXR10 3800-8,ZXR10 160 series on 64 bit allows Functionality Bypass.This issue affects ZXR10 1800-2S series ,ZXR10 2800-4,ZXR10 3800-8,ZXR10 160 series: V4.00.10 and earlier. |
| ToolboxST prior to version 7.10 is affected by a deserialization vulnerability. An attacker with local access to an HMI or who has conducted a social engineering attack on an authorized operator could execute code in a Toolbox user's context through the deserialization of an untrusted configuration file. Two CVSS scores have been provided to capture the differences between the two aforementioned attack vectors.
Customers are advised to update to ToolboxST 7.10 which can be found in ControlST 7.10. If unable to update at this time customers should ensure they are following the guidance laid out in GE Gas Power's Secure Deployment Guide (GEH-6839). Customers should ensure they are not running ToolboxST as an Administrative user. |
| iTop is an IT service management platform. Files from the `env-production` folder can be retrieved even though they should have restricted access. Hopefully, there is no sensitive files stored in that folder natively, but there could be from a third-party module.
The `pages/exec.php` script as been fixed to limit execution of PHP files only. Other file types won't be retrieved and exposed. The vulnerability is fixed in 2.7.10, 3.0.4, 3.1.1, and 3.2.0. |
| In Eclipse Dataspace Components from version 0.2.1 to 0.6.2, in the EDC Connector component ( https://github.com/eclipse-edc/Connector ), an attacker might obtain OAuth2 client secrets from the vault.
In Eclipse Dataspace Components from version 0.2.1 to 0.6.2, we have identified a security vulnerability in the EDC Connector component ( https://github.com/eclipse-edc/Connector ) regarding the OAuth2-protected data sink feature. When using a custom, OAuth2-protected data sink, the OAuth2-specific data address properties are resolved by the provider data plane. Problematically, the consumer-provided clientSecretKey, which indicates the OAuth2 client secret to retrieve from a secrets vault, is resolved in the context of the provider's vault, not the consumer. This secret's value is then sent to the tokenUrl, also consumer-controlled, as part of an OAuth2 client credentials grant. The returned access token is then sent as a bearer token to the data sink URL.
This feature is now disabled entirely, because not all code paths necessary for a successful realization were fully implemented.

| Electra Central AC unit – The unit opens an AP with an easily calculated password. |
| php-svg-lib is a scalable vector graphics (SVG) file parsing/rendering library. Prior to version 0.5.2, php-svg-lib fails to validate that font-family doesn't contain a PHAR url, which might leads to RCE on PHP < 8.0, and doesn't validate if external references are allowed. This might leads to bypass of restrictions or RCE on projects that are using it, if they do not strictly revalidate the fontName that is passed by php-svg-lib. The `Style::fromAttributes(`), or the `Style::parseCssStyle()` should check the content of the `font-family` and prevents it to use a PHAR url, to avoid passing an invalid and dangerous `fontName` value to other libraries. The same check as done in the `Style::fromStyleSheets` might be reused. Libraries using this library as a dependency might be vulnerable to some bypass of restrictions, or even remote code execution, if they do not double check the value of the `fontName` that is passed by php-svg-lib. Version 0.5.2 contains a fix for this issue. |
