EnGenius ENH1350EXT A8J-ENH1350EXT devices through 3.9.3.2_c1.9.51 allow (blind) OS Command Injection via shell metacharacters to the Ping or Speed Test utility. During the time of initial setup, the device creates an open unsecured network whose admin panel is configured with the default credentials of admin/admin. An unauthorized attacker in proximity to the Wi-Fi network can exploit this window of time to execute arbitrary OS commands with root-level permissions.
dizqueTV 1.5.3 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows attackers to inject arbitrary commands through the FFMPEG Executable Path settings. Attackers can modify the executable path with shell commands to read system files like /etc/passwd by exploiting improper input validation.
| When decoding an OpenEXR file that uses DWAA or DWAB compression, there's an implicit assumption that all image channels have the same pixel type (and size), and that if there are four channels, the first four are "B", "G", "R" and "A". The channel parsing code can be found in decode_header. The buffer td->uncompressed_data is allocated in decode_block based on the xsize, ysize and computed current_channel_offset.
The function dwa_uncompress then assumes at [5] that if there are 4 channels, these are "B", "G", "R" and "A", and in the calculations at [6] and [7] that all channels are of the same type, which matches the type of the main color channels.
If we set the main color channels to a 4-byte type and add duplicate or unknown channels of the 2-byte EXR_HALF type, then the addition at [7] will increment the pointer by 4-bytes * xsize * nb_channels, which will exceed the allocated buffer.
We recommend upgrading to version 8.0 or beyond. |
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Wifi-soft UniBox Controller up to 20250506. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /billing/test_accesscodelogin.php. The manipulation of the argument Password leads to os command injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
squid/cachemgr.cgi in Webmin before 2.600 does not properly quote arguments. This is relevant if Webmin's Squid module and its Cache Manager feature are available, and an untrusted party is able to authenticate to Webmin and has certain Cache Manager permissions (the "cms" security option).
NVIDIA GPU display driver for Windows and Linux contains a vulnerability where data is written past the end or before the beginning of a buffer. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to information disclosure, denial of service, or data tampering.
Insufficient input parameter sanitization in AMD Secure Processor (ASP) Boot Loader (legacy recovery mode only) could allow an attacker to write out-of-bounds to corrupt Secure DRAM potentially resulting in denial of service.
NVIDIA Hopper HGX for 8-GPU contains a vulnerability in the GPU vBIOS that may allow a malicious actor with tenant level GPU access to write to an unsupported registry causing a bad state. A successful exploit of this vulnerability may lead to denial of service.
Out-of-bounds write in UEFI firmware for some Intel(R) Processors may allow a privileged user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
A vulnerability was found in D-Link DI-8100G, DI-8200G and DI-8003G 17.12.20A1/19.12.10A1. Affected by this issue is the function sub_433F7C of the file version_upgrade.asp of the component jhttpd. The manipulation of the argument path results in os command injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used.
binance-trading-bot is an automated Binance trading bot with trailing buy/sell strategy. Authenticated users of binance-trading-bot can achieve Remote Code Execution on the host system due to a command injection vulnerability in the `/restore` endpoint. The restore endpoint of binance-trading-bot is vulnerable to command injection via the `/restore` endpoint. The name of the uploaded file is passed to shell.exec without sanitization other than path normalization, resulting in Remote Code Execution. This may allow any authorized user to execute code in the context of the host machine. This issue has been addressed in version 0.0.100 and all users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability.
Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('OS Command Injection') issue exists in Rakuten Turbo 5G firmware version V1.3.18 and earlier. If this vulnerability is exploited, a remote authenticated attacker may execute an arbitrary OS command.
Web-Check is an all-in-one OSINT tool for analyzing any website. A command injection vulnerability exists in the screenshot API of the Web Check project (Lissy93/web-check). The issue stems from user-controlled input (url) being passed unsanitized into a shell command using exec(), allowing attackers to execute arbitrary system commands on the underlying host. This could be exploited by sending crafted url parameters to extract files or even establish remote access. The vulnerability has been patched by replacing exec() with execFile(), which avoids using a shell and properly isolates arguments.
Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to modify firmware and gain full access to the device.
An unauthenticated remote command execution vulnerability exists in Pandora FMS versions up to and including 5.0RC1 via the Anyterm web interface, which listens on TCP port 8023. The anyterm-module endpoint accepts unsanitized user input via the p parameter and directly injects it into a shell command, allowing arbitrary command execution as the pandora user. In certain versions (notably 4.1 and 5.0RC1), the pandora user can elevate privileges to root without a password using a chain involving the artica user account. This account is typically installed without a password and is configured to run sudo without authentication. Therefore, full system compromise is possible without any credentials.
Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command ('OS Command Injection') issue exists in +F FS010M versions prior to V2.0.0_1101. If this vulnerability is exploited, an arbitrary OS command may be executed by a remote authenticated attacker with an administrative privilege.
A vulnerability has been found in D-Link DI-8100, DI-8100G, DI-8200, DI-8200G, DI-8003 and DI-8003G 16.07.26A1/17.12.20A1/19.12.10A1. Affected by this vulnerability is the function sub_4621DC of the file usb_paswd.asp of the component jhttpd. The manipulation of the argument hname leads to os command injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
| We have identified a buffer overflow issue allowing out-of-bounds write when processing LLMNR or mDNS queries with very long DNS names. This issue only affects systems using Buffer Allocation Scheme 1 with LLMNR or mDNS enabled.
Users should upgrade to the latest version and ensure any forked or derivative code is patched to incorporate the new fixes. |
OS command injection vulnerability exists in CL4/6NX Plus and CL4/6NX-J Plus (Japan model) with the firmware versions prior to 1.15.5-r1. An arbitrary OS command may be executed on the system with a certain non-administrative user privilege.
Reachable assertions in the NGAP_FIND_PROTOCOLIE_BY_ID function of OpenAirInterface Magma v1.8.0 and OAI EPC Federation v1.2.0 allow attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted NGAP packet.
