Upgrading to version 2.89 and 2.90 is able to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The vendor was contacted early about these issues and acted very professional. Version 2.89 is fixing this issue for new customers and 2.90 is going to fix it for existing customers. | ||||
| CVE-2024-42450 | 1 Versa | 1 Director | 2026-04-15 | 10 Critical |
| The Versa Director uses PostgreSQL (Postgres) to store operational and configuration data. It is also needed for High Availability function of the Versa Director. The default configuration has a common password across all instances of Versa Director. By default, Versa Director configures Postgres to listen on all network interfaces. This combination allows an unauthenticated attacker to access and administer the database or read local filesystem contents to escalate privileges on the system. Exploitation Status: Versa Networks is not aware of this exploitation in any production systems. A proof of concept exists in the lab environment. Workarounds or Mitigation: Starting with the latest 22.1.4 version of Versa Director, the software will automatically restrict access to the Postgres and HA ports to only the local and peer Versa Directors. For older releases, Versa recommends performing manual hardening of HA ports. Please refer to the following link for the steps https://docs.versa-networks.com/Solutions/System_Hardening/Perform_Manual_Hardening_for_Versa_Director#Secure_HA_Ports This vulnerability is not exploitable on Versa Directors if published Firewall guidelines are implemented. We have validated that no Versa-hosted head ends have been affected by this vulnerability. All Versa-hosted head ends are patched and hardened. Please contact Versa Technical Support or Versa account team for any further assistance. | CVE-2018-25126 | 1 Tvt | 1 Nvms-9000 Firmware | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| Shenzhen TVT Digital Technology Co., Ltd. NVMS-9000 firmware (used by many white-labeled DVR/NVR/IPC products) contains hardcoded API credentials and an OS command injection flaw in its configuration services. The web/API interface accepts HTTP/XML requests authenticated with a fixed vendor credential string and passes user-controlled fields into shell execution contexts without proper argument sanitization. An unauthenticated remote attacker can leverage the hard-coded credential to access endpoints such as /editBlackAndWhiteList and inject shell metacharacters inside XML parameters, resulting in arbitrary command execution as root. The same vulnerable backend is also reachable in some models through a proprietary TCP service on port 4567 that accepts a magic GUID preface and base64-encoded XML, enabling the same command injection sink. Firmware releases from mid-February 2018 and later are reported to have addressed this issue. Exploitation evidence was observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2025-01-28 UTC. | ||||
| CVE-2025-55739 | 1 Freepbx | 1 Freepbx | 2026-04-15 | N/A |
| api is a module for FreePBX@, which is an open source GUI that controls and manages Asterisk© (PBX). In versions lower than 15.0.13, 16.0.2 through 16.0.14, 17.0.1 and 17.0.2, there is an identical OAuth private key used across multiple systems that installed the same FreePBX RPM or DEB package. An attacker with access to the shared OAuth private key could forge JWT tokens, bypass authentication, and potentially gain full access to both REST and GraphQL APIs. Systems with the "api" module enabled, configured and previously activated by an administrator for remote inbound connections may be affected. This issue is fixed in versions 15.0.13, 16.0.15 and 17.0.3. | ||||
| CVE-2024-28146 | 2026-04-15 | 8.4 High | ||
| The application uses several hard-coded credentials to encrypt config files during backup, to decrypt the new firmware during an update and some passwords allow a direct connection to the database server of the affected device. | ||||
| CVE-2025-52376 | 2026-04-15 | 9.8 Critical | ||
| An authentication bypass vulnerability in the /web/um_open_telnet.cgi endpoint in Nexxt Solutions NCM-X1800 Mesh Router firmware UV1.2.7 and below, allowing an attacker to remotely enable the Telnet service without authentication, bypassing security controls. The Telnet server is then accessible with hard-coded credentials, allowing attackers to gain administrative shell access and execute arbitrary commands on the device. | ||||
| CVE-2024-27161 | 1 Toshibatec | 50 E-studio-2010-ac, E-studio-2015-nc, E-studio-2018 A and 47 more | 2026-04-15 | 6.2 Medium |

| In KDE libksieve before 23.03.80, kmanagesieve/session.cpp places a cleartext password in server logs because a username variable is accidentally given a password value. | ||||
| CVE-2025-30118 | 2026-04-15 | 7.5 High | ||
| An issue was discovered on the Audi Universal Traffic Recorder 2.88. It has Susceptibility to denial of service. It uses the same default credentials for all devices and does not implement proper multi-device authentication, allowing attackers to deny the owner access by occupying the only available connection. The SSID remains broadcast at all times, increasing exposure to potential attacks. | ||||
| CVE-2025-13252 | 1 Shsuishang | 1 Shopsuite Modulithshop | 2026-04-15 | 7.3 High |
| A vulnerability was found in shsuishang ShopSuite ModulithShop up to 45a99398cec3b7ad7ff9383694f0b53339f2d35a. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the component RSA/OAuth2/Database. The manipulation results in hard-coded credentials. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. This product implements a rolling release for ongoing delivery, which means version information for affected or updated releases is unavailable. | ||||
| CVE-2024-38480 | 2026-04-15 | 4 Medium | ||
| "Piccoma" App for Android and iOS versions prior to 6.20.0 uses a hard-coded API key for an external service, which may allow a local attacker to obtain the API key. Note that the users of the app are not directly affected by this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2024-36496 | 1 Faronics | 1 Winselect | 2026-04-15 | 7.5 High |
| The configuration file is encrypted with a static key derived from a static five-character password which allows an attacker to decrypt this file. The application hashes this five-character password with the outdated and broken MD5 algorithm (no salt) and uses the first five bytes as the key for RC4. The configuration file is then encrypted with these parameters. | ||||
| CVE-2025-60639 | 2026-04-15 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| Hardcoded credentials in gsigel14 ATLAS-EPIC commit f29312c (2025-05-26). | ||||
| CVE-2025-48414 | 2026-04-15 | 6.5 Medium | ||
| There are several scripts in the web interface that are accessible via undocumented hard-coded credentials. The scripts provide access to additional administrative/debug functionality and are likely intended for debugging during development and provides an additional attack surface. | ||||
| CVE-2025-48413 | 2026-04-15 | 7.7 High | ||
| The `/etc/passwd` and `/etc/shadow` files reveal hard-coded password hashes for the operating system "root" user. The credentials are shipped with the update files. There is no option for deleting or changing their passwords for an enduser. An attacker can use the credentials to log into the device. Authentication can be performed via SSH backdoor or likely via physical access (UART shell). | ||||
| CVE-2025-7072 | 2026-04-15 | N/A | ||
