CVSS v3.1 |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Revert "NFSD: Remove the cap on number of operations per NFSv4 COMPOUND"
I've found that pynfs COMP6 now leaves the connection or lease in a
strange state, which causes CLOSE9 to hang indefinitely. I've dug
into it a little, but I haven't been able to root-cause it yet.
However, I bisected to commit 48aab1606fa8 ("NFSD: Remove the cap on
number of operations per NFSv4 COMPOUND").
Tianshuo Han also reports a potential vulnerability when decoding
an NFSv4 COMPOUND. An attacker can place an arbitrarily large op
count in the COMPOUND header, which results in:
[ 51.410584] nfsd: vmalloc error: size 1209533382144, exceeds total
pages, mode:0xdc0(GFP_KERNEL|__GFP_ZERO),
nodemask=(null),cpuset=/,mems_allowed=0
when NFSD attempts to allocate the COMPOUND op array.
Let's restore the operation-per-COMPOUND limit, but increased to 200
for now. |
| Starting in Python 3.12.0, the asyncio._SelectorSocketTransport.writelines()
method would not "pause" writing and signal to the Protocol to drain
the buffer to the wire once the write buffer reached the "high-water
mark". Because of this, Protocols would not periodically drain the write
buffer potentially leading to memory exhaustion.
This
vulnerability likely impacts a small number of users, you must be using
Python 3.12.0 or later, on macOS or Linux, using the asyncio module
with protocols, and using .writelines() method which had new
zero-copy-on-write behavior in Python 3.12.0 and later. If not all of
these factors are true then your usage of Python is unaffected. |
| XML External Entity Injection vulnerability in Quantum DXi6702 2.3.0.3 (11449-53631 Build304) devices via rest/Users?action=authenticate. |
| The ParseAddress function constructs domain-literal address components through repeated string concatenation. When parsing large domain-literal components, this can cause excessive CPU consumption. |
| Clients using DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) can exhaust a DNS resolver's CPU and/or memory by flooding it with crafted valid or invalid HTTP/2 traffic.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.18.0 through 9.18.32, 9.20.0 through 9.20.4, 9.21.0 through 9.21.3, and 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.32-S1. |
| An issue in Lens Visual integration with Power BI v.4.0.0.3 allows a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code via the Natural language processing component |
| Command injection vulnerability in the underlying CLI service could lead to unauthenticated remote code execution by sending specially crafted packets destined to the PAPI (Aruba's Access Point management protocol) UDP port (8211). Successful exploitation of this vulnerability results in the ability to execute arbitrary code as a privileged user on the underlying operating system. |
| check_by_ssh in Nagios nagios-plugins 2.4.5 allows arbitrary command execution via ProxyCommand, LocalCommand, and PermitLocalCommand with \${IFS}. This has been categorized both as fixed in e8810de, and as intended behavior. |
| A vulnerability was found in H3C Magic NX15, Magic NX30 Pro, Magic NX400, Magic R3010 and Magic BE18000 up to V100R014. It has been classified as critical. Affected is the function FCGI_CheckStringIfContainsSemicolon of the file /api/wizard/setLanguage of the component HTTP POST Request Handler. The manipulation leads to command injection. The attack needs to be approached within the local network. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. |
| A security issue exists within 432ES-IG3 Series A, which affects GuardLink® EtherNet/IP Interface, resulting in denial-of-service. A manual power cycle is required to recover the device. |
| YoutubeDLSharp is a wrapper for the command-line video downloaders youtube-dl and yt-dlp. In versions starting from 1.0.0-beta4 and prior to 1.1.2, an unsafe conversion of arguments allows the injection of a malicious commands when starting `yt-dlp` from a commands prompt running on Windows OS with the `UseWindowsEncodingWorkaround` value defined to true (default behavior). If a user is using built-in methods from the YoutubeDL.cs file, the value is true by default and a user cannot disable it from these methods. This issue has been patched in version 1.1.2. |
| This vulnerability allows malicious actors to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying system of the Zenitel ICX500 and ICX510 Gateway, granting shell access. Exploitation can compromise the device’s availability, confidentiality, and integrity. |
| Missing Release of Resource after Effective Lifetime (CWE-772) in the Gallagher T-Series Reader allows an attacker with physical access to the reader to perform a limited denial of service when 125 kHz Card Technology is enabled.
This issue affects T-Series Readers: 9.20 prior to vCR9.20.250213a (distributed in 9.20.1827 (MR2)), 9.10 prior to vCR9.10.250213a (distributed in 9.10.2692(MR5)), 9.00 prior to vCR9.00.250619a (distributed in vEL9.00.3371 (MR7)), all versions of 8.90 and prior. |
| A security vulnerability in HPE IceWall Agent products could be exploited remotely to cause a denial of service. |
| Starlette is a lightweight ASGI (Asynchronous Server Gateway Interface) framework/toolkit, designed for building async web services in Python. In versions 0.47.1 and below, when parsing a multi-part form with large files (greater than the default max spool size) starlette will block the main thread to roll the file over to disk. This blocks the event thread which means the application can't accept new connections. The UploadFile code has a minor bug where instead of just checking for self._in_memory, the logic should also check if the additional bytes will cause a rollover. The vulnerability is fixed in version 0.47.2. |
| This vulnerability allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying system. Because the web portal runs with root privileges, successful exploitation grants full control over the device, potentially compromising its availability, confidentiality, and integrity. |
| @cyanheads/git-mcp-server is an MCP server designed to interact with Git repositories. Prior to version 2.1.5, there is a command injection vulnerability caused by the unsanitized use of input parameters within a call to child_process.exec, enabling an attacker to inject arbitrary system commands. Successful exploitation can lead to remote code execution under the server process's privileges. The server constructs and executes shell commands using unvalidated user input directly within command-line strings. This introduces the possibility of shell metacharacter injection (|, >, &&, etc.). An MCP Client can be instructed to execute additional actions for example via indirect prompt injection when asked to read git logs. This issue has been patched in version 2.1.5. |
| A vulnerability has been found in BDCOM Behavior Management and Auditing System up to 20250210 and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function log_operate_clear of the file /webui/modules/log/operate.mds. The manipulation of the argument start_code leads to os command injection. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| serverless-dns is a RethinkDNS resolver that deploys to Cloudflare Workers, Deno Deploy, Fastly, and Fly.io. Versions through abd including 0.1.30 have a vulnerability where the pr.yml GitHub Action interpolates in an unsafe manner untrusted input, specifically the github.event.pull_request.head.repo.clone_url and github.head_ref, to a command in the runner. Due to the action using the pull_request_target trigger it has permissive permissions by default. An unauthorized attacker can exploit this vulnerability to push arbitrary data to the repository. The subsequent impact on the end-user is executing the attackers' code when running serverless-dns. This is fixed in commit c5537dd, and expected to be released in 0.1.31. |
| Bugsink is a self-hosted error tracking tool. In versions prior to 2.0.5, brotli "bombs" (highly compressed brotli streams, such as many zeros) can be sent to the server. Since the server will attempt to decompress these streams before applying various maximums, this can lead to exhaustion of the available memory and thus a Denial of Service. This can be done if the `DSN` is known, which it is in many common setups (JavaScript, Mobile Apps). The issue is patched in Bugsink version `2.0.5`. The vulnerability is similar to, but distinct from, another brotli-related problem in Bugsink, GHSA-rrx3-2x4g-mq2h/CVE-2025-64509. |
