CVSS v3.1 |
setup/controllers/welcome.php in MODX Revolution 2.5.4-pl and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code via the config_key parameter to the setup/index.php?action=welcome URI.
NTP before 4.2.8p10 and 4.3.x before 4.3.94, when using PPSAPI, allows local users to gain privileges via a DLL in the PPSAPI_DLLS environment variable.
The Symantec Messaging Gateway can encounter a file inclusion vulnerability, which is a type of vulnerability that is most commonly found to affect web applications that rely on a scripting run time. This issue is caused when an application builds a path to executable code using an attacker-controlled variable in a way that allows the attacker to control which file is executed at run time. This file inclusion vulnerability subverts how an application loads code for execution. Successful exploitation of a file inclusion vulnerability will result in remote code execution on the web server that runs the affected web application.
Code injection vulnerability in Bitdefender Total Security 12.0 (and earlier), Internet Security 12.0 (and earlier), and Antivirus Plus 12.0 (and earlier) allows a local attacker to bypass a self-protection mechanism, inject arbitrary code, and take full control of any Bitdefender process via a "DoubleAgent" attack. One perspective on this issue is that (1) these products do not use the Protected Processes feature, and therefore an attacker can enter an arbitrary Application Verifier Provider DLL under Image File Execution Options in the registry; (2) the self-protection mechanism is intended to block all local processes (regardless of privileges) from modifying Image File Execution Options for these products; and (3) this mechanism can be bypassed by an attacker who temporarily renames Image File Execution Options during the attack.
A Code Injection vulnerability in the non-certificate-based authentication mechanism in McAfee Live Safe versions prior to 16.0.3 and McAfee Security Scan Plus (MSS+) versions prior to 3.11.599.3 allows network attackers to perform a malicious file execution via a HTTP backend-response.
Artica Pandora FMS version 7.0 is vulnerable to remote PHP code execution through the manager files function. This is only exploitable by administrators who upload a PHP file.
The send function in the ezcMailMtaTransport class in Zeta Components Mail before 1.8.2 does not properly restrict the set of characters used in the ezcMail returnPath property, which might allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted email address, as demonstrated by one containing "-X/path/to/wwwroot/file.php."
"Dokodemo eye Smart HD" SCR02HD Firmware 1.0.3.1000 and earlier allows authenticated attackers to conduct code injection attacks via unspecified vectors.
baserCMS 3.0.14 and earlier, 4.0.5 and earlier allows an attacker to execute arbitrary PHP code on the server via unspecified vectors.
In FineCMS through 2017-07-07, application\core\controller\template.php allows remote PHP code execution by placing the code after "<?php" in a route=template request.
FineCMS 2.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code by using a URL Manager "Add Site" action to enter this code after a ', sequence in a domain name, as demonstrated by the ',phpinfo() input value.
gnome-exe-thumbnailer before 0.9.5 is prone to a VBScript Injection when generating thumbnails for MSI files, aka the "Bad Taste" issue. There is a local attack if the victim uses the GNOME Files file manager, and navigates to a directory containing a .msi file with VBScript code in its filename.
The traverseStrictSanitize function in admin_dir/includes/classes/AdminRequestSanitizer.php in ZenCart 1.5.5e mishandles key strings, which allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code by placing that code into an invalid array index of the admin_name array parameter to admin_dir/login.php, if there is an export of an error-log entry for that invalid array index.
job/uploadfile_save.php in MetInfo through 5.3.17 blocks the .php extension but not related extensions, which might allow remote authenticated admins to execute arbitrary PHP code by uploading a .phtml file after certain actions involving admin/system/safe.php and job/cv.php.
uploadImage.php in ProjeQtOr before 6.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code by uploading a .php file composed of concatenated image data and script data, as demonstrated by uploading as an image within the description text area.
Code injection exists in Kernel/System/Spelling.pm in Open Ticket Request System (OTRS) 5 before 5.0.24, 4 before 4.0.26, and 3.3 before 3.3.20. In the agent interface, an authenticated remote attacker can execute shell commands as the webserver user via URL manipulation.
SAP NetWeaver Internet Transaction Server (ITS), SAP Basis from 7.00 to 7.02, 7.30, 7.31, 7.40, from 7.50 to 7.52, allows an attacker with administrator credentials to inject code that can be executed by the application and thereby control the behavior of the application.
The disas_insn function in target/i386/translate.c in QEMU before 2.9.0, when TCG mode without hardware acceleration is used, does not limit the instruction size, which allows local users to gain privileges by creating a modified basic block that injects code into a setuid program, as demonstrated by procmail. NOTE: the vendor has stated "this bug does not violate any security guarantees QEMU makes.
The weblog page template in Apache Roller 5.1 through 5.1.1 allows remote authenticated users with admin privileges for a weblog to execute arbitrary Java code via crafted Velocity Text Language (aka VTL).
The _mediaLibraryPlayCb function in mainwindow.py in pitivi before 0.95 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via shell metacharacters in a file path.
