CVSS v3.1 |
| NavigaTUM is a website and API to search for rooms, buildings and other places. Prior to commit 86f34c7, there is a path traversal vulnerability in the propose_edits endpoint allows unauthenticated users to overwrite files in directories writable by the application user (e.g., /cdn). By supplying unsanitized file keys containing traversal sequences (e.g., ../../) in the JSON payload, an attacker can escape the intended temporary directory and replace public facing images or fill the server's storage. This issue has been patched via commit 86f34c7. |
| MarkUs is a web application for the submission and grading of student assignments. Prior to 2.9.1, instructors are able to upload a zip file to create an assignment from an exported configuration (courses/<:course_id>/assignments/upload_config_files). The uploaded zip file entry names are used to create paths to write files to disk without checking these paths. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.9.1. |
| FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. Prior to 1.2.11, there is a flaw in the path sanitization logic allows an authenticated attacker with administrative privileges to bypass directory traversal protections. By using nested traversal sequences (e.g., ....//), an attacker can write arbitrary files to the server filesystem, including sensitive directories like runtime/scripts. This leads to Remote Code Execution (RCE) when the server reloads the malicious scripts. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.2.11. |
| Dell Unisphere for PowerMax, version(s) 10.2, contain(s) a Relative Path Traversal vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to unauthorized modification of critical system files. |
| GetSimple CMS is a content management system. All versions of GetSimple CMS have a flaw in the Uploaded Files feature that allows for arbitrary file reads. This issue has not been fixed at the time of publication. |
| pyLoad is a free and open-source download manager written in Python. From version 0.5.0b3.dev13 to 0.5.0b3.dev96, the edit_package() function implements insufficient sanitization for the pack_folder parameter. The current protection relies on a single-pass string replacement of "../", which can be bypassed using crafted recursive traversal sequences. This issue has been patched in version 0.5.0b3.dev97. |
| A vulnerability in GE Vernova Enervista UR Setup on Windows allows File Manipulation. This issue affects Enervista: 8.6 and prior versions. |
| The Simple Membership plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Improper Handling of Missing Values in all versions up to, and including, 4.7.0 via the Stripe webhook handler. This is due to the plugin only validating webhook signatures when the stripe-webhook-signing-secret setting is configured, which is empty by default. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to forge Stripe webhook events to manipulate membership subscriptions, including reactivating expired memberships without payment or canceling legitimate subscriptions, potentially leading to unauthorized access and service disruption. |
| A vulnerability in the “Manages app data” functionality of the web application of ctrlX OS allows a remote authenticated (low-privileged) attacker to write arbitrary files in arbitrary file system paths via a crafted HTTP request. |
| The topm-client from Chunghwa Telecom has an Arbitrary File Read vulnerability. The application sets up a simple local web server and provides APIs for communication with the target website. Due to the lack of CSRF protection for the APIs, unauthenticated remote attackers could use these APIs through phishing. Additionally, one of the APIs contains a Relative Path Traversal vulnerability, allowing attackers to read arbitrary files on the user's system. |
| LangBot is a global IM bot platform designed for LLMs. In versions 4.1.0 up to but not including 4.3.5, authorized attackers can exploit the /api/v1/files/documents interface to perform arbitrary file uploads. Since this interface does not strictly restrict the storage directory of files on the server, it is possible to upload dangerous files to specific system directories. This is fixed in version 4.3.5. |
| gitoxide is a pure Rust implementation of Git. During checkout, `gix-worktree-state` does not verify that paths point to locations in the working tree. A specially crafted repository can, when cloned, place new files anywhere writable by the application. This vulnerability leads to a major loss of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, but creating files outside a working tree without attempting to execute code can directly impact integrity as well. This vulnerability has been patched in version(s) 0.36.0. |
| Collabora Online is a collaborative online office suite based on LibreOffice technology. In versions prior to 24.04.12.4, 23.05.19, and 22.05.25, there is a path traversal flaw in handling the CheckFileInfo BaseFileName field returned from WOPI servers. This allows for a file to be written anywhere the uid running Collabora Online can write, if such a response was supplied by a malicious WOPI server. By combining this flaw with a Time of Check, Time of Use DNS lookup issue with a WOPI server address under attacker control, it is possible to present such a response to be processed by a Collabora Online instance. This issue has been patched in versions 24.04.13.1, 23.05.19, and 22.05.25. |
| An authorized remote attacker can access files and directories outside the intended web root, potentially exposing sensitive system information of the affected Sunny Boy devices. |
| A relative path traversal vulnerability was discovered in Productivity Suite software version
4.4.1.19.
The vulnerability allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to interact with the ProductivityService PLC simulator and write files with arbitrary data on the target machine. |
| A relative path traversal vulnerability was discovered in Productivity Suite software version 4.4.1.19. The vulnerability allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to interact with the ProductivityService PLC simulator and delete arbitrary files on the target machine. |
| If exploited an attacker could traverse the file system to access
files or directories that would otherwise be inaccessible |
| Innoshop through 0.4.1 allows directory traversal via FileManager API endpoints. An authenticated attacker with access to the admin panel could abuse this to: (1) fully map the filesystem structure via the /api/file_manager/files?base_folder= endpoint, (2) create arbitrary directories on the server via the /api/file_manager/directories endpoint, (3) read arbitrary files from the server by copying the file to a readable location within the application via the /api/file_manager/copy_files endpoint, {4) delete arbitrary files from the server via a DELETE request to /api/file_manager/files, or (5) create arbitrary files on the server by uploading them and then leveraging the /api/file_manager/move_files endpoint to move them anywhere in the filesystem. |
| SXF Common Library handles input data improperly. If a product using the library reads a crafted file, the product may be crashed. |
| When an incoming DNS protocol message includes a Transaction Signature (TSIG), BIND always checks it. If the TSIG contains an invalid value in the algorithm field, BIND immediately aborts with an assertion failure.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.20.0 through 9.20.8 and 9.21.0 through 9.21.7. |
