| Incorrect default permissions for some AI Playground software before version v2.3.0 alpha may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Incorrect default permissions issue in PC Time Tracer prior to 5.2. If exploited, arbitrary code may be executed with SYSTEM privilege on Windows system where the product is running by a local authenticated attacker. |
| Incorrect access permission of a specific folder issue exists in RemoteView Agent (for Windows) versions prior to v8.1.5.2. If this vulnerability is exploited, a non-administrative user on the remote PC may execute an arbitrary OS command with LocalSystem privilege. |
| Multiple i-フィルター products contain an issue with incorrect default permissions. If this vulnerability is exploited, a local authenticated attacker may replace a service executable on the system where the product is running, potentially allowing arbitrary code execution with SYSTEM privileges. |
| Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability was discovered in Open Design Alliance CDE inWEB SDK before 2025.3. Installing CDE Server with default settings allows unauthorized users to visit prometheus metrics page. This can allow attackers to understand more things about the target application which may help in further investigation and exploitation. |
| An Insecure Permission vulnerability in pgcodekeeper 10.12.0 allows a local attacker to obtain sensitive information via the plaintext storage of passwords and usernames. |
| CYRISMA Sensor before 444 for Windows has an Insecure Folder and File Permissions vulnerability. A low-privileged user can abuse these issues to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code in the context of NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM by replacing DataSpotliteAgent.exe or any other binaries called by the Cyrisma_Agent service when it starts |
| The Postbox's configuration on macOS, specifically the presence of entitlements: "com.apple.security.cs.allow-dyld-environment-variables" and "com.apple.security.cs.disable-library-validation" allows for Dynamic Library (Dylib) injection. A local attacker with unprivileged access can use environment variables like DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES to successfully inject code in application's context and bypass Transparency, Consent, and Control (TCC). Acquired resource access is limited to previously granted permissions by the user. Access to other resources beyond granted-permissions requires user interaction with a system prompt asking for permission.
The original company behind Postbox is no longer operational, the software will no longer receive updates. The acquiring company (em Client) did not cooperate in vulnerability disclosure. |
| An issue was discovered in a third-party component related to ro.boot.wifimacaddr, shipped on devices from multiple device manufacturers. Various software builds for the following TCL devices (30Z and 10L) and Motorola devices (Moto G Pure and Moto G Power) leak the Wi-Fi MAC address to a system property that can be accessed by any local app on the device without any permissions or special privileges. Google restricted third-party apps from directly obtaining non-resettable device identifiers in Android 10 and higher, but in these instances they are leaked by a high-privilege process and can be obtained indirectly. The software build fingerprints for each confirmed vulnerable device are as follows: TCL A3X (TCL/A600DL/Delhi_TF:11/RKQ1.201202.002/vAAZ:user/release-keys, TCL/A600DL/Delhi_TF:11/RKQ1.201202.002/vAB3:user/release-keys, TCL/A600DL/Delhi_TF:11/RKQ1.201202.002/vAB7:user/release-keys, TCL/A600DL/Delhi_TF:11/RKQ1.201202.002/vABA:user/release-keys, TCL/A600DL/Delhi_TF:11/RKQ1.201202.002/vABM:user/release-keys, TCL/A600DL/Delhi_TF:11/RKQ1.201202.002/vABP:user/release-keys, and TCL/A600DL/Delhi_TF:11/RKQ1.201202.002/vABS:user/release-keys); TCL 10L (TCL/T770B/T1_LITE:10/QKQ1.200329.002/3CJ0:user/release-keys and TCL/T770B/T1_LITE:11/RKQ1.210107.001/8BIC:user/release-keys); Motorola Moto G Pure (motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-2/74844:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-7/5cde8:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-10/d67faa:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-110-13/b4a29:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:12/S3RH32.20-42-10/1c2540:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_trac/ellis:12/S3RHS32.20-42-13-2-1/6368dd:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_a/ellis:11/RRH31.Q3-46-50-2/20fec:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_vzw/ellis:11/RRH31.Q3-46-138/103bd:user/release-keys, motorola/ellis_vzw/ellis:11/RRHS31.Q3-46-138-2/e5502:user/release-keys, and motorola/ellis_vzw/ellis:12/S3RHS32.20-42-10-14-2/5e0b0:user/release-keys); and Motorola Moto G Power (motorola/tonga_g/tonga:11/RRQ31.Q3-68-16-2/e5877:user/release-keys and motorola/tonga_g/tonga:12/S3RQS32.20-42-10-6/f876d3:user/release-keys). This malicious app reads from the "ro.boot.wifimacaddr" system property to indirectly obtain the Wi-Fi MAC address. |
| By default, dedicated folders of ZONECENTRAL for Windows up to 2024.3 or up to Q.2021.2 (ANSSI qualification submission) can be accessed by other users to misuse technical files and make them perform tasks with higher privileges. Configuration of ZONECENTRAL has to be modified to prevent this vulnerability. |
| Incorrect default permissions for some Intel(R) Graphics Driver software installers may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| Incorrect default permissions in some onboard video driver software before version 1.14 for Intel(R) Server Boards based on Intel(R) 62X Chipset may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. |
| The Toshiba printers provide several ways to upload files using the web interface without authentication. An attacker can overwrite any insecure files. | A container privilege escalation flaw was found in KServe ModelMesh container images. This issue stems from the /etc/passwd file being created with group-writable permissions during build time. In certain conditions, an attacker who can execute commands within an affected container, even as a non-root user, can leverage their membership in the root group to modify the /etc/passwd file. This could allow the attacker to add a new user with any arbitrary UID, including UID 0, leading to full root privileges within the container. |
| A security vulnerability has been identified in HPE Data Management Framework (DMF) Suite (CXFS). Depending on configuration, this vulnerability may lead to local/cluster unauthorized access. |
| By default, dedicated folders of ZEDMAIL for Windows up to 2024.3 can be accessed by other users to misuse technical files and make them perform tasks with higher privileges. Configuration of ZEDMAIL has to be modified to prevent this vulnerability. |
| The default mode of pseudo terminals (PTYs) allocated by Screen was changed from 0620 to 0622, thereby allowing anyone to write to any Screen PTYs in the system. |
| Incorrect default permissions for the Intel(R) Processor Identification Utility before version 8.0.43 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. System software adversary with an authenticated user combined with a high complexity attack may enable local code execution. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present without special internal knowledge and requires active user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. |
| Kaminari is a paginator for web app frameworks and object relational mappings. A security vulnerability involving insecure file permissions has been identified in the Kaminari pagination library for Ruby on Rails, concerning insecure file permissions. This vulnerability is of moderate severity due to the potential for unauthorized write access to particular Ruby files managed by the library. Such access could lead to the alteration of application behavior or data integrity issues. Users of affected versions are advised to update to Kaminari version 0.16.2 or later, where file permissions have been adjusted to enhance security. If upgrading is not feasible immediately, review and adjust the file permissions for particular Ruby files in Kaminari to ensure they are only accessible by authorized user. |
| An insecure driver vulnerability was reported in Lenovo Display Control Center (LDCC) and Lenovo Accessories and Display Manager (LADM)
that could allow a local attacker to escalate privileges to kernel. |
