Vvveb before 1.0.8.3 contains an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in the plugin upload endpoint that allows super_admin users to execute arbitrary PHP code by uploading a malicious plugin ZIP file. Attackers can craft a ZIP containing a plugin.php with a valid Slug header and a public/index.php file with arbitrary PHP code, which executes as the web server user once accessed via subsequent unauthenticated HTTP requests to the plugin's public path.
CVE-2026-41936 2 Givanz, Vvveb 2 Vvveb, Vvveb 2026-07-28 8.1 High
Vvveb before version 1.0.8.2 contains an XML external entity (XXE) injection vulnerability in the admin Tools/Import feature that allows authenticated site_admin users to read arbitrary files and modify database records. Attackers can exploit the XML parser configuration in system/import/xml.php to inject file:// or php://filter entity references that are resolved and persisted into the application database, enabling arbitrary file disclosure and administrator password hash overwriting for privilege escalation.
CVE-2018-25142 1 Oracle 1 Diagnostics 2026-07-28 9.8 Critical
NovaRad NovaPACS Diagnostics Viewer 8.5.19.75 contains an unauthenticated XML External Entity (XXE) injection vulnerability in XML preference import settings. Attackers can craft malicious XML files with DTD parameter entities to retrieve arbitrary system files through an out-of-band channel attack.
CVE-2026-64829 2 Q2a, Question2answer 2 Question2answer, Question2answer 2026-07-28 7.4 High
Question2Answer through 1.8.8 contains a session invalidation vulnerability that allows attackers with a previously obtained remember-me cookie to retain authenticated access by exploiting the forgot-password reset flow's failure to clear the sessioncode field in qa-include/app/users-edit.php. While the normal password-change flow in qa-include/pages/account.php explicitly clears the sessioncode to invalidate persistent qa_session cookies, the forgot-password handler qa_finish_reset_user() omits this step, allowing any valid persistent cookie issued before the reset to continue authenticating the account after the password reset completes.
CVE-2026-63753 1 Surrealdb 1 Surrealdb 2026-07-28 4.3 Medium
SurrealDB before 3.1.0 fails to refresh authentication state in LIVE SELECT subscriptions when session state changes. Attackers can continue receiving real-time notifications under revoked or expired session credentials until the connection closes.
CVE-2026-56748 1 Cribl 1 Cribl Stream 2026-07-28 8.8 High
Improper validation of symbolic links in the Pack Git import feature in Cribl Stream before 4.18.2 allows a remote authenticated attacker with Pack import and pipeline preview permissions to execute arbitrary code as the Cribl server process via a crafted Git repository containing a symbolic link in the pack's functions directory.
CVE-2026-63955 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-27 7.5 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/vmalloc: do not trigger BUG() on BH disabled context __get_vm_area_node() currently triggers a BUG() if in_interrupt() returns true. However, in_interrupt() also reports true when BH are disabled. The bridge code can call rhashtable_lookup_insert_fast() with bottom halves disabled: __vlan_add() -> br_fdb_add_local() spin_lock_bh(&br->hash_lock); <-- Disable BH -> fdb_add_local() -> fdb_create() -> rhashtable_lookup_insert_fast() -> kvmalloc() -> vmalloc() -> __get_vm_area_node() -> BUG_ON(in_interrupt()) spin_unlock_bh(&br->hash_lock) this triggers the BUG() despite the caller not being in NMI or hard IRQ context. Replace the in_interrupt() check with in_nmi() || in_hardirq().
CVE-2026-14586 2 Nlnetlabs, Redhat 2 Unbound, Hummingbird 2026-07-27 5.9 Medium
In NLnet Labs Unbound 1.22.0 up to and including 1.25.1, in DNS-over-QUIC environments, with high concurrency and under pressure, an assertion in libngtcp2 about monotonic timestamps could trigger and result in server termination and thus denial of service. When interfacing with libngtcp2, for DNS-over-QUIC support in Unbound, it is expected to use monotonic time. Unbound was using realtime instead, and in DoQ environments with high concurrency and under pressure, an assert in libngtcp2 for the quic timestamp would trigger and terminate the server. This vulnerability needs Unbound to be compiled with DoQ support ('--with-libngtcp2') and the 'quic-port' to be configured for the listening interfaces.
CVE-2026-17459 1 Perwendel 1 Spark 2026-07-27 4.3 Medium
A vulnerability was determined in perwendel spark up to 2.9.4. This vulnerability affects the function staticFiles.externalLocation of the file src/main/java/spark/resource/ExternalResourceHandler.jav of the component SparkJava. Executing a manipulation can lead to symlink following. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-17513 1 Ggml-org 1 Whisper.cpp 2026-07-27 3.3 Low
A vulnerability was found in ggml-org whisper.cpp 95ea8f9b. Affected is the function ggml_ftype_to_ggml_type of the file ggml/src/ggml.c. The manipulation of the argument ftype results in reachable assertion. The attack requires a local approach. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-45815 1 Apache 1 Nimble 2026-07-27 7.5 High
Reachable Assertion vulnerability in Apache NimBLE. A specially crafted ATT Read Multiple Variable Response (BLE_ATT_OP_READ_MULT_VAR_RSP) may trigger assert in ATT parser. Severity is medium as this requires DUT to first send ATT Read Multiple Variable Request. This issue affects Apache NimBLE: through 1.9.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 1.10.0, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-45071 1 Symfony 2 Dom-crawler, Symfony 2026-07-27 N/A
Symfony is a PHP framework for web and console applications and a set of reusable PHP components. Prior to 5.4.52, 6.4.40, 7.4.12, and 8.0.12, Crawler::addXmlContent() set DOMDocument::$validateOnParse = true before loadXML(), re-enabling external entity resolution and allowing attacker-supplied XML to expand file:// entities such as local files. This issue is fixed in versions 5.4.52, 6.4.40, 7.4.12, and 8.0.12.
CVE-2026-57917 1 Asseco 1 Procertum Smartsign 2026-07-27 N/A
proCertum SmartSign parses external XML entities from arbitrary crafted signature files, enabling SSRF and potentially allowing the reading of local files, depending on the parser's configuration. The XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability is triggered simply by previewing a file in the file selection window, before the victim clicks “Open”. This issue was fixed in version 9.4.3.90.
CVE-2026-65010 1 Huggingface 1 Datasets 2026-07-27 6.6 Medium
Datasets through 5.00, fixed in commit ad2d853, contains a symlink-following vulnerability in Extractor.extract() that allows local attackers to write arbitrary files by pre-planting symlinks at predictable output paths. Attackers can redirect archive extraction to arbitrary filesystem locations in shared-cache environments, enabling overwrite of sensitive files and potential privilege escalation or code execution.
CVE-2026-56817 1 Netty 1 Netty 2026-07-27 7.5 High
Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. In versions 4.2.0.Final through 4.2.15.Final and 4.1.0.Final through 4.1.135.Final, any caller that can deliver bytes to a Netty channel pipeline containing `XmlDecoder` can send XML with a `DOCTYPE` declaration to an `AsyncXMLInputFactory` instantiated with no security configuration, leaving DTD and entity handling active depending on Aalto XML async parser behavior and creating conditional XML external entity risk. This issue is fixed in versions 4.1.136.Final and 4.2.16.Final.
CVE-2026-63806 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-07-24 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: Replace guest-triggerable BUG_ON() in ioeventfd datamatch with get_unaligned() Drop a BUG_ON() that has been reachable since it was first added, way back in 2009, and instead use get_unaligned() to perform potentially-unaligned accesses. For a given store, KVM x86's emulator tracks the entire value in the destination operand, x86_emulate_ctxt.dst. If the destination is memory, and the target splits multiple pages and/or is emulated MMIO, then KVM handles each fragment independently. E.g. on a page split starting at page offset 0xffc, KVM writes 4 bytes to the first page, then the remaining bytes to the second page, using ctxt->dst as the source for both (with appropriate offsets). If the destination splits a page *and* hits emulated MMIO on the second page, then KVM will complete the write to the first page, then emulate the MMIO access to the second page. If there is a datamatch-enabled ioeventfd at offset 0 of the second page, then KVM will process the remainder of the store as a potential ioeventfd signal. Putting it all together, if the guest emits a store that splits a page starting at page offset N, and the second page has a datamatch-enabled ioeventfd at offset 0, then KVM will check for datamatch using &dst.valptr[N] as the source. Due to dst (and thus dst.valptr) being 32-byte aligned, if N is not aligned to @len, the BUG_ON() fires. E.g. with a 16-byte store at page offset 0xffc, to an ioeventfd of len 8, all initial checks in ioeventfd_in_range() will succeed, and the BUG_ON() fires due to @val being 4-byte aligned, but not 8-byte aligned. ------------[ cut here ]------------ kernel BUG at arch/x86/kvm/../../../virt/kvm/eventfd.c:783! Sadly, C99 ruins all the fun; while the x86 architecture plays nice, dereferencing an unaligned pointer directly is undefined behavior in C, e.g. triggers splats when running with CONFIG_UBSAN_ALIGNMENT=y.
CVE-2026-28809 4 Arekinath, Dropbox, Handnot2 and 1 more 4 Esaml, Esaml, Esaml and 1 more 2026-07-24 5.3 Medium
XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in esaml (and its forks) allows an attacker to cause the system to read local files and incorporate their contents into processed SAML documents, and potentially perform SSRF via crafted SAML messages. esaml parses attacker-controlled SAML messages using xmerl_scan:string/2 before signature verification without disabling XML entity expansion. On Erlang/OTP versions before 27, Xmerl allows entities by default, enabling pre-signature XXE attacks. An attacker can cause the host to read local files (e.g., Kubernetes-mounted secrets) into the SAML document. If the attacker is not a trusted SAML SP, signature verification will fail and the document is discarded, but file contents may still be exposed through logs or error messages. This issue affects all versions of esaml, including forks by arekinath, handnot2, and dropbox. Users running on Erlang/OTP 27 or later are not affected due to Xmerl defaulting to entities disabled.
