| A flaw was found in Keycloak's Authorization Services. The component responsible for matching request paths to security policies (PathMatcher) does not properly normalize URIs before comparison. By adding extra characters like a trailing slash or matrix parameters to a URL, an attacker can trick the system into applying a less restrictive security policy than intended. This allows an authenticated user to access administrative or restricted areas they should not have permission to see. |
| Authentication Bypass by Alternate Name vulnerability in Apache Shiro.
This issue affects Apache Shiro: before 2.0.7.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.7, which fixes the issue.
The issue only effects static files. If static files are served from a case-insensitive filesystem,
such as default macOS setup, static files may be accessed by varying the case of the filename in the request.
If only lower-case (common default) filters are present in Shiro, they may be bypassed this way.
Shiro 2.1.0 and later has a new parameters to remediate this issue
shiro.ini: filterChainResolver.caseInsensitive = true
application.properties: shiro.caseInsensitive=true
Shiro 3.0.0 and later makes this the default in shiro.ini-based configurations.
Shiro 3.0.1 and later makes this the default in all configurations, including programmatic and Spring / Spring Boot. |

| 4gaBoards is a boards system for realtime project management. Prior to 3.3.8, 4gaBoards is vulnerable to pre-account takeover when registrationEnabled, localRegistrationEnabled, and ssoRegistrationEnabled are enabled and Google, GitHub, Microsoft, or OIDC SSO is configured. The POST /api/register endpoint permits creation of an unverified local account with a victim's email address, and POST /api/access-tokens permits that account to authenticate while isVerified is false. During the victim's first SSO login, server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-github-sso.js, server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-google-sso.js, server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-microsoft-sso.js, and server/api/helpers/users/get-create-one-for-oidc-sso.js find the attacker-controlled account by email and link the verified SSO identity without confirming ownership of the local account. The attacker can retain local-password access to the linked account and obtain the victim's projects, data, and permissions. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.8. |
| Saleor is an e-commerce platform. From 3.14.67 until 3.21.67, 3.22.63, and 3.23.22, a broken authorization check in saleor/permission/utils.py can incorrectly authorize unauthenticated GraphQL requests. The flaw permits anonymous callers to use the channelUpdate() mutation to change channel order settings such as allowUnpaidOrders even when the response reports PermissionDenied. The same permission utility can expose hidden objects through the pageType() and translation() queries, including attributes whose visibleInStorefront field is false and that should be visible only to users with management permissions. This issue is fixed in versions 3.21.67, 3.22.63, and 3.23.22. |
